  • Provide insights such as recruiter responses, deadlines, and follow-ups

We do NOT modify, delete, or send emails on your behalf.

We use your Gmail data solely to:

• Display your recent emails inside our app
• Analyze the content (e.g., for job matching, classification, or summaries)

We do not sell, share, or use your Gmail data for advertising or marketing.

• All access tokens and user data are stored securely using encryption.
• We use HTTPS and OAuth 2.0 to safeguard data in transit and at rest.
• Gmail data is cached temporarily and only stored as needed for your session.

ScoutBetter only accesses Gmail content with your explicit consent for the purpose of identifying job-related information. We never use this data for marketing, resale, or advertising purposes.

We use Google APIs to access Gmail data. Your use of our app is also subject to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service:
